In joining our early childhood program, you have become a partner in the education of your child. You have also become a member of an organization that is deeply committed to the well-being of families in the community. Grow and Glow Childcares is a licensed and certified childcare program for young children 24 months to 12 years old. Grow and Grow, is a participant in the state quality initiative Keystone STARS. Keystone STARS are higher than the standard set forth by the Department of Human Services for licensing purposes. These highly qualified programs are awarded to only the early care and education programs that offer high quality services and education. Grow and Glow thrives on the interaction of families, children, educators, and community members. The knowledgeable staff at Grow and Glow Childcares facilitates early development and learning from a varied set of appropriate effective approaches based on early childhood research practices.
The overall environment of Tiffany’s Grow and Glow is designed to enhance each child’s total development by recognizing and responding to his or her individual needs and interests. The children are offered a variety of opportunities to create, explore, discover, and are challenged to problem solve through their daily activities. We feel such experiences lead to independence, self, confidence, self-control, and a sense of responsibility.
