Quality Initiatives
Grow and Glow Childcares is a part of the EQUIP (Early Education Quality Improvement Program) Initiative. EQUIP assist STAR 2 providers attain (and sustain) STAR 3/4 through a diverse toolkit of assessments and coaching supports, while SELECT (Social Emotional Learning: building Efficacy, Competencies of Teachers) focuses on improving teacher interactions and practices to support children’s social-emotional development.
Grow and Glow Childcare is also a part of a High Quality Community of Practice Initiative for high quality centers that are Keystone Stars 3 and 4 Programs.
Grow and Glow Childcare Memberships
The Family Child Care Advisory Council is self-governing, non-profit organization that exists to benefit Home-based ECE professionals. The activities of the Advisory Council are conducted through various work groups designed to meet the specific and unique needs of operating a Home-based childcare business.
QIP (Quality Influential Program) is a non-profit organization that helps uplift Early Childhood Educators.
The National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) is a nationwide non-profit organization dedicated to promoting high quality child care by strengthening the profession of family child care for nearly one million paid home-based early learning programs serving almost 40% of the 6.7 million children who receive care from a nonrelative on a regular basis.
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research. We advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children. The association comprises nearly 60,000 individual members of the early childhood community and 52 Affiliates, all committed to delivering on the promise of high-quality early learning. Together, we work to achieve a collective vision: that all young children thrive and learn in a society dedicated to ensuring
they reach their full potential.

Bright Little Scholars prides on offering both a group-based and small center educational setting. We believe that every child needs a strong, reliable learning environment. Our staff work consistently to help with the development of children of all ages. Bright Little Scholars offers the PHLPreK Program.
