Grow and Glow Academy was built from over 10 years of trusted care, strong family relationships, and a passion for high-quality early education through Tiffany’s Grow and Glow Family Childcare in West Philadelphia.

As we expand into the Fairhill and North Philadelphia communities, our mission remains the same: to provide children with a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Learning Approach

At Grow and Glow Academy/Tiffany’s Grow and Glow Family Childcare, we use the Mother Goose Curriculum to create engaging learning experiences that support early literacy, math, creativity, language development, and school readiness.

We focus on the whole child by supporting both academic growth and social-emotional development. Children are encouraged to express their feelings, build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop lifelong skills that help them succeed both in school and in everyday life.

Kindergarten Readiness

We proudly prepare children for a successful transition into kindergarten by helping them develop:

  • foundational academic skills

We also support families throughout the kindergarten enrollment and transition process to help make this important milestone a positive experience.

Healthy Meals & Nutrition

Grow and Glow Academy/Tiffany’s Grow and Glow Family Childcare proudly participates in the CACFP Food Program, providing nutritious meals and snacks that support healthy growth, learning, and development throughout the day.
